ROLE: Senior Design Director
This Lookbook began as a year-end celebration to showcase the high-level contributions from the Brand Marketing, Product, and Growth teams at Basis Technologies, a B2B AdTech company. However, as the pieces came together, it transformed into an 'impact document' that captured all the wins from an active year. I've refined its layout and added language to provide general context for each project, making the projects accessible and understandable to external viewers. To maintain confidentiality, specific performance metrics and sensitive dates have been omitted.
Featuring everything from feature launches and events to educational initiatives, campaign activities, and adventurous AI explorations, this Lookbook stands as a testament to how strategic branding, design, video, and innovation can establish a strong market presence. Ultimately, this project showcases a year of creativity and hard work from our exceptional design team and the broader marketing team, demonstrating that through creative collaboration, any year can be made outstanding.

Why I Love This Project
It is a rare day that you can push through a new format to be used and celebrated within a company—this interactive Lookbook marks a strategic departure from the traditional marketing materials the company had produced over their past 15+ years. By introducing a modern format and immersive digital experience, this project set a new internal standard, clearly differentiating it from any previous projects by our company or marketing team. I love experimenting, learning, and making people try new things—this is a great example of how I was able to achieve this within the marketing team and company-wide.
